2.2 The Hair Replacement Service involves the application of covering or replacing the hair that you are currently missing on your scalp with a hair replacement system (a unit). Hair replacement services are provided to those who have suffered from various forms of hair loss that are non-reversible due to irreparable damage caused to hair follicles.

2.2 Crochet Services include braiding of the scalp, and styling the installation hair that covers the current braided hair on your head.

2.3 While we have never come across a single case of an allergic reaction to our adhesive or the hair being used, allergic reactions can occur. We can/will carry out a patch test to determine the likelihood of developing an allergic reaction to either the hair or the adhesive.

2.4 The client understands that this process includes zero downtime, is applied at a topical level, and is not painful.

2.5 For best results, the client must comply with our written aftercare instructions, in case these instructions are not followed the life of the unit may be compromised until their next service.

2.6 The initial process requires 3-4 hours for application. We recommend that client plans accordingly as intricate services can not be rushed. We want our clients to feel relaxed without other pressing engagements surrounding the service.

(3) MAINTENANCE AND LONGEVITY OF YOUR UNIT

3.1 Hair Replacement pieces can have a life expectancy of 2-4 months. Proper care and maintenance are required for optimal results and longevity. Units can sometimes exceed 4 months but are strictly and uniquely case by case.

3.2 Maintenance is required once a month and no longer than 1.5 months which is often reserved for clients traveling from out of state. Maintenance consists of shampooing hair while still attached to the client, re-adhering areas that may have experienced slight and minimal lifting, and restyling (refer to price menu for most up to date pricing)

3.3 There are mainly three different types of maintenances:

Routine maintenance -consists of shampooing hair while still attached to the client, re-adhering areas that may have experienced slight and minimal lifting, and restyling usually happens every 3 to 4 weeks.

Extensive maintenance – consists of shampooing hair while still attached to the client, re-adhering areas that may have experienced more pronounced lifting, extra detangling/ conditioning, cleaning, and restyling (refer to price menu for most up to date pricing) usually occurs in the second month of wear.

Reattachment – consists of complete removal of the unit and thorough shampooing of both client and hairpiece. Prep work experienced in the preliminary application is done for the re-adhering of the existing hair unit. Cutting and styling of the same then follow as normal. (refer to price menu for most up to date pricing)
