My Crochet styling fees range from $85 and up depending on the service and the age of the client. Seniors over 65 and children 12 and under are given a discount. Yes, human hair can be used for Crochet Braids, but I have never had a good experience with it. Human hair is not dense enough to hold the knots required to secure the style. Human hair is very soft and when moisturized, the hair will loosen and slip out. Synthetic hair is a much better option for Crochet Braids. Some stylists use glue on the knots when using human hair. I do not support the practice of using glue or any adhesive to secure the knots. I use a 3-loop knotting method that does not require an adhesive.
